500 - Internal Server Error

What is root access?...FileManager?
Means SSH access with sudo permissions. From your reply it looks like you don't. The only way to resolve this is through your hosting provider unfortunately. This is why you sometimes need control over your hosting. ;)

Maybe I should ask the customer center what to find out?

Tell them to upgrade your server so that it has more memory.
"Means SSH access with sudo permissions" I want to ask if this is possible. What should I ask?

Just ask what I said. For example "Do you provide root SSH access?". The answer most likely would be "No we don't".

We provide SSH access but not to the server root, it allows access to your website directories only

got the answer.

Hmm bad luck. You won't be able to add swap memory. The only way to stop the error is to upgrade.
