so what do you do with LR seriously. I have few hundred sittin in there and I dont know how to cash them our or how to use them to shop around?

There are lots of debit cards (physical and virtual) available to withdraw from LR with. otherwise LR is very handy for storing some funds you don't need right away, or for doing certain secure transactions.
