500+ Clicks 0 Conversions!

I can't seem to hit good mark in any of these, though i get lots of clicks in all of these, i've noticed there are many offers on which my AV alerts and stops redirection, removed those offers, but yet can't seem to make any conversion, i know that i lack in US and other most wanted countries traffic, but i tried to targed international offers, my traffic comes from twitter, can i get some tips on how do you guys select an international offer? not just focusing on any individual country? Don't suggest me to sign up on big names like Peerfly (declined twice) neverblue (they don't like my location) C P A tank (no reply from them lol)
I need more international offers that's where i am focusing, i can get 300 to 500 clicks within an hour but traffic is not from US and UK or from other most wanted countries
Also thinking about moving to sharecash (declined on fileice thrice lol) or using C P A L e a d so what ya guys think what should i do now....

tips

find a method that force visitor to do a survey email submit zip submit etc.

also use some viral script photo tag/ for share / group and friends force wall poster

this will gain you more traffic and more $$$$

Surveys are often hard for user to fill out, or even doesn't want too just because it's a survey. Try - like hushpapa mentioned - with something else like email submit or zip submit. I've experienced that they have much higher conversion rate since surveys are getting kinda "old". Or not many people want to fill out a survey, and then they just continue searching other places.

@Hushpapa: That requires me to go on facebook, currently i am having some issues with facebook applications/scripts, after i solved it i will go for it for sure, twitter traffic sucks big time!

@Heinzie: Yes i know i focus less-hectic offers, but most of the email/zip submit offers are for most wanted countries (US n UK or AU) where i lack a lot to bring this traffic, focusing on targeted traffic now.

@Janeen: Tried, applied, received no reply from them...

EDIT: Just got accepted into vancead.com also, checking their offers..
