    Hey Everyone,

Ive been coming to BHW for some time and I have learned alot but I am really having an issue trying to get a really good partnership I just acquired up and running. I am working with a trading software company and they are paying me up to $500 a sale for their software. They hold webinars everyday showing the software work in real-time so the sales cycle is not very long once I get people to the webinars. I have made a couple of sales already but I just cant seem to really get a steady stream of people in the webinars and with the amount of money on the table it's just driving me crazy so I figured I would drop a line (hopefully this is the best section) and see if the pro's here can give me a little guidance. I would even be willing to partner with a marketer here if interested. Thanks for the time guys!

Getting people to invest in anything these days is very difficult, you have to target the people who are looking for what you have to offer (obviously)
Be wary of working with people that contact you, most are just trying to get ideas for their own personal benefit (niches, content, etc.)

It might help you to think through how the people selling the software make money. Are they making money from selling just the trading software; e.g. it sells for 5K and you are getting 10% of selling it, versus, it costs nothing, but you still get $500 because every time a customer uses the software, the trading company makes something off the trade. It is possible, the trading company makes money both ways.

It seems to me you need to know this to figure out how to market. In the first scenario, you need clients who already have a lot o capital, 5K to buy the software plus capital to trade. In the second senario, anyone interested in trading with enough capital to trade, maybe only 2K (check with your seller) is a potential customer for you. If it is the latter case, you have a lot more options to market than the former case.

Thanks for the quick responses... they are not a brokerage and do not trade for anyone, they just sell the software. Obviously getting traders/investors to the webinars makes sense but there is no investment involved, only being able to see the software work live and then deciding if they would like to purchase it and get trained on how to use it.

JV with relevant list owners to fill your webinars. Would you rather pitch to 10 prospects for the full $500 commission or pitch to 500 for 50% of that? They bring interested parties to the table, you do the selling. ;)

I am far from the most creative guys in the world and I have several ideas in just seconds!

Trading software (and many similar terms) have healthy search volume in Google so there is SEO page 1 rankings.
If you have funding you can use PPC
If you have funding you can do Media Buys
    You can video market
You can do Offline style sales calls and set up demo's or appointments
If you have funding you can take out Offline ads in newspapers (primarily financial style like wall street journal and similar)
    Think outside the box

How are they tracking your sales?
