I agree, mining is probably the only way you can make money directly from those VPS' alone. Other than that, they are only going to be useful as a tool for use with other projects (for example, hosting, running tools etc).
I've read a lot about CPA Networks, proxies and so on..but I have so many things on my head and I don't know how to start. I guess I've read too much I .

Ram isn't much of a factor when it comes to mining. It's either cpu or gpu power depending on what you mine.
Since it's vps you will look at cpu. Do google search ''best coins to mine cpu''. Get the miner script. Install it on 1 pc. Let it run for a day. See how much you earn. Times that by 50 computers. Times that by 30 days. Will that monthly income be worth keeping the vps'? Note that whatever you mine will likely appreciate in value. Few years ago I mined some coin for a weekend. I check the wallet 1 yr later and the value went up 4x.
Opportunity cost will be worth it even if its low power x 50 vs how long they will sit not making any money while you wait for wtf to do with them.
Other than that you can rent them out (difficult to find a buyer) or research what other people use vps for & do that (requires lots of time reading, testing, and probably buying more software).
Do google search for this question... "site:blackhatworld.com what to do with many vps". it's been asked many times. there's never a really good answer, but you may find something that resonates with you.

There are members here who are asking for advise on best hosting and I assume they mean shared hosting based on some answers given. Either they're a bit afraid to try VPS or are too busy.
My suggestion is why not try to make a VPS crash course with free live VPS? Include free hands-on support to ensure they get them up and running ready to host their site in say, 3 hours? So, make a catchy title for your course. Include 1 month free use.
This is win-win for you and your clients. If successful you have new business (monthly income from rent) and people gain new knowledge.
