$50 to your p*ypal - Need a quick bot made

I need a script, or imacros bot, that can pull info from an excel file and support proxy switching, and go to work. There's no captcha involved, just filling in a form and hitting submit. It should only take like 10 minutes, if that long, for the skilled programmer. I can pay you $50 for it, since it's just one small bot. I need this done within the hour.

I'll pay once I test the bot, and confirm it to be working. BTW, it's through Paypal.
