Fingerprints (pertaining to GAds) refer to what is seen in user agent string. And use residential IPs.

You've not properly tagged the desired member related to your comment. Incase you feel anyone is doing anything against forum rules, the right thing to do would be to use the Report feature & when you click Report, then provide an explanation for a mod. Usually I do not reply to any comments that are off-topic as per the thread's main topic.

Regarding methods (GAds or any other related), not only me, but some others also mention they have methods and that is a normal thing.
Let me first address the methods part :-
A directly relevant real example : I do not know the method of getting backlinks from edu gov websites, because I only know on page seo , but in seo sections, I see people mentioning they know the method of getting edu gov backlinks, but obviously they would share only upto the extent that they are comfortable sharing and may not share the entire method, but would give helpful tips.

The same goes with GAds, FB Ads and a lot more. So, as per your question about methods, I have clarified it from my side.
Your other question is "what is your goal ?". This question of your's is not quite clear. However, to me and even if a mod analyzes your query towards me, it implies that you are asking me if I am attempting to sell GAds threshold method or GAds accounts. If I have that intention, I will follow forum rules to do so. There are GAds sales threads in the Marketplace and if I desire I can also create a sales thread, however at the moment I do not have the need to. In the past did I sell GAds accounts ? Yes, I did and I followed forum rules.
And about you needing methods to create GAds accounts, you can search in the Marketplace Incase there are any sellers. If no sellers, then you can use the WTB, Hire A Freelancer options as well.
If Incase you ever notice that anyone is breaking forum rules, please use the Report feature & give your explanation and mod(s) would decide what action to take.
So, I have answered both your queries to me.

I'd advise you to not waste your time on this guy @Raj Kesu , he speaks 100% filler and gives you a misleading solution to your problem. I once had a problem with an error code and it had nothing to do with what he said, he told me to change payment method but the culprit was that I didn't warmup gmail. When I did warmup gmail and put the same payment method it worked!
He's a terrible person and I'm pretty sure he's conscious of the terrible advise he is giving in order to sway people away from getting the method.

This is not normal, if you are positioning yourself as expert/guru or someone like that and then, without creating the sales thread, buying banner for your service. Then telling people it was "outside bhw".
How many looking the same posts you wrote in Adwords and PPC section?
No, I will not report you, because moderators can see what are you doing. They will make decision themself if you cross border. You started to annoy people in section, who are looking for value knowledge, not posts like "it's hard but i have method"

My dear, even a deal that happened outside BHW between 2 BHW members, can be shitlisted if the mods feel that there is valid reason.
And no where I have claimed to be an expert or guru or anything like that.
And anyone getting "angry" that is a personal emotion which even a mod would say "put him on ignore", unless ofcourse there are any rules broken.
And about me making same post : If issue is same by people in 2 or more people in different threads , then solution posted may be same and that is normal. Same person mentioning as an example "use residential proxies", etc in multiple threads, is normal, as for example there are multiple threads about account suspensions.
And regd @Terry1- Not all solutions will work for everyone, it is dependent on how one implements the solution. Some solution did work for you and that is good. How can I sway anyone from getting any methods ? Certain methods come free, certain methods do not come free (if every method was free, sales threads would not exist). If anyone wants to ask for a free or even a premium method or strategy or anything, they are free to do so or depending on what the method is, they can check sales thread, create a WTB for the method they are looking for. I cannot "sway" anyone looking for methods. I myself tried all possible ways to get a method to rank a YouTube video of a competitive niche and I failed, finally I checked in Marketplace and the seller's method worked very well. No one including me can "sway" anyone from getting any methods.

My thought is no one will teach this kind of thing for free. And now Google Ads became like diamonds, so no one teaching even if you paying money. I learnt to create Google Ads threshold accounts, by myself, but took 2 months, because Google Ads algos cathing too many things. No, if you set up your account correctly, with a good card you should be getting close to 100% $350 threshold in the US

Today I create 2 US accounts, I still got the US$350 threshold.
Threshold has NOT been lowered. You use bad IP, your account creation method bad, then only you get lower threshold.
