50 SB Submissions or 1 GP?

I just want to know your opinions, 50 SB submissions per day or 1 nice do-follow guest posting per week which having good DA around 40 or more and spam score with nice traffic. Which one gives more juice for better ranking.

I know we have to do other stuff also for better ranking but if we compare these two what you guys will choose.

Social bookmarks are shit links that don't do anything really. It's not 2012 anymore. And all things considering, 50 links a day, that's 1500 links a month. If that's not a low quality link spam, then I do not know what is.

Guest posts are one of the few link types that still work perfectly fine.

So that's your answer.

It all comes down to quality...so better choose 1 high quality backlink from Guest post...from your relevant niche site

Its not that helpful nowdays and you usually don't get quality backlinks from most of the SB sites now. So as everyone else mentioned related quality guest post would be far more better.
