@bartosimpsonio, forgot to tell about that, the money site is around 10 months old.
@skyrocketseo, unfortunately that's all I know what to do for now, suggestion?

Question, just in case the old site can't recover its old rank, is it okay to just edit the link on my PBN sites and point it to my new site? Is that okay or a NO NO? Of course additional links will be built as well. Suggestion?

Yes ofcourse, as long as it wasn't your PBN that caused your penalty.

Your link building may well coincide with an ongoing update that results in a dance which you may not be able to follow.

try to check your gwt for manual penalty. you can always remove it after confirming. I have a manual penalized site in 50+ and 60+ positions. yup, not wipe out from google. its going to be a waste of resource, time and money if the penalty is related to thin content because building links (diversify anchors and stuff) is not the answer to that.

Thanks all for the suggestions.
Currently I am gradually building more links, all will be using 'natural' anchor like "URL, domain, click here, this page" and the likes. Hopefully it will help, but I'm also moving to a new site now (covering the same niche).

For the record, all the sites in my PBN are built in wordpress, I'm not sure if it creates a footprint considering this is just a small PBN. All are hosted on different hosting account, using different themes, privacy register, all contents are unique hand written. Edit: Just checked, they're all still indexed.

Nothing really, I thought whatever I will re-rank it later, but the only thing I did was changing some tags. Nothing more. So you may chose with one you think will get your rankings back.
