$50 for wordpress plugin rehash

I am looking for a programmer who can work on a word press plugin. Need to recode an existing plugin and append it with different websites within the plugin.

I will provide the plugin and the new URL's to be coded within the plugin.

My budget is not huge -$50- is what I can offer. The code needs to be redone to ensure that there are no foot prints to the original plugin.
