i want to buy 50 edu backlink . my website age is 6 month i want to know that it is safe ? google penalty etc ... ?

If it's not relevant it's not safe.
Avoid edu and gov link, they scream of manual link building.

You can drip-feed them during some period. If your site already has some backlinks, split these during 2-3 months or so.
But, I wouldn't recommend to use 50 cheap edu backlinks, because they're not as profitable as you think.
Use this kind of amount if your site already has 500+ referring domains or so
