getafreelancer is legit. Well I am pretty sure getafreelancer has an escrow system. They buyer pays the money and getafreelancer releases it when the buyer is happy. I haven't really used it much, but it sounds like it is pretty safe for both the buyer and seller.

Well you might have wait wait 4 days, but if you accept a new offer everyday soon you will have something to complete everyday.

Do a little searching i the affiliates section, so far, affiliate marketing is the way to start out unless you don't mind a little bit of startup work and repetition (then autoblogging)
you could freelance your GD skills and create banner ads or something

@teenmoney: You are totally right, $50 every 4 days is better then $0 every 4 days. I like the idet of working on new projects every day. But before I even posted I was thinking of something that I will need to work on for about 3 weeks or so (The set up, the website, etc) then when the site is up I would just have to log in once a day for about 30 minutes just to check up on work and maintain it (Once again, I'm not aming to make $1000/day, just $50/day)

OK what I was saying is that if you accept a new offer everyday you will have to wait 4 days to start, but after 4 days you will have a new project to work on everyday.

What are the cons and pros of both?
And if I spend 3-4 weeks on it, what will generate me a steady $50 income? if after 3-4 weeks all I will have to do is log in for 30-45 minutes a day and update some stuff, do some maitanence, and logoff
 
Hey, what about those guys that buy cheap websites for around $50, and in two days sell it for around $200? How do they do that? Whats the process called? And.. is it doable? Or does it require a lot of knowdlege, understanding, etc? (In a sense that I will need to spend 6 months about it in order to make my first $10 so tospeak)

That is called site flipping and it is what the guy on the other thread told you to do.

great work, you could certianly make some good $$$ designing logos/banners or even entire sites. real nice portfolio

Thanks a lot for the compliments. Perhaps freelance is for me, but.. To tell you the honest truth I have some fear in me for some odd reason. One of the BIGGEST reasons is that if they will ask me something to do, I will do it for them and they will say something like, "I don't like it", "Can you change this and that", etc, etc.. And what if they don't pay... Like I don't know.. there is so much that just holds me back

That is why I'm afraid of 'freelance' and more happy with 'site flipping' idea and stuff because with 'site flipping' there is no 'real customer' who expects to see something that is customed made JUST for himself...

I don't know if I'm making any sense but.. Hopefully you get it

No yeah I get it but most of the time the person will give you exactly what they want. Then if there is one little thing they don't like you can change it.

That is what I was saying about the escrow system. That makes it so they will pay you.
 
Yeah, I will definatly look into it a little more.

But again, I won't lie.. the EASIET (which is a stupid way to think, I know, I know) thing so far in my eyes is to buy a site for $50, do 'something (whatever that 'something' is) to increase the traffic to the site by 4 times and sell it...

But thing is... I think the people will want to see the traffic for the past 3 months and if
first month: 100 people
second month: 100 people
third month: 300 people

They might want to wait 2 extra months and see if its worth buying... and maybe by that time I won't get those 300 people any more, or something might happen... (no idea if Im thinking the right way)
 
The thing that's holding you back the most is you're still waiting for someone to spoon feed you a method. If you're worried about getting paid collect 50% up front or pass up the project, if its a project you're not capable of doing sub-contract the work out and have someone else do it for you - or tell them you're to busy right now.

Based on what you said you shouldn't have any problems flipping websites, how much you'll make depends on your skills, effort, etc. Take some action in that direction and start researching it, there are tons of books and videos on the subject here just waiting for you to watch/read them.

You've identified what you want to do (website flipping), start doing it. Stop coming up with reasons why it won't work. Start doing it and deal with it when it comes up.

Freelance man. The autoblogging takes time and a little know how. If you've got graphic design skills you can make a pretty penny doing just that. Those autoblogs you asked about are primarily monetized with google adsense or something like that
 
Hmm.. A randomq question and totally out of the blue (Just don't want to make an extra thread, since I'm not sure how everyone appriciates someone making 2 threads a day) but is it hard to learn to generate traffic to your website?

Like how does it work?
Is there like stage 1: Traffic that brings 100-200 visitors
Stage 2 (harder): Brings 500+ visitors
Stage 3 (hardest): brings 1000+ visitors

And Stage 3 requires LOTS of work, while stage 1 requires minimal work? Or... did I get everything wrong here. Because I got an idea in my head... I would want to try it out, but I need some traffic in my site so I was wondering (BUT don't you worry! LOL! :P It does have to do with freelancing)
 
if you do good on photoshop then create best tutorial you can make. send it to PSDtuts.com. Their rewards are arround 150$. if you do work on it, i guess 2 days works is enough. so you will get like 75$/day for 2 days work.
