This is so true, it's not possible for 1 month to get $50/day easily, seo takes time and don't forget all the hassle from keyword research, build backlinks, google deindexing, google dance and many more problems. You can make money but don't expect to make $50/day easily with just this method, better if you set yourself 6 months - 1 year target so you don't become down when you don't achieve your expectation. Create multiple income streams and then invest that into ppc, ppv, media buys where the big boys/super affiliate at.

if you have to learn seo from level 1, than yes 6 months should be the preferred goal. But if you know seo already, i don't think it takes very long to rank such sites. If you are good at kw research you can easily get $10 - 20 from every such site you make...

Yes the site is currently down due to some copyright problem. I uploaded a software :P

My blog was a good starting point, but since it is down the best place anyone can tell you is: Google Webmaster Guidelines :P
They are all you need for WH seo.
 
The most basic blogging idea with CPA. But this is not that easy as it sounds to be. Also, if you will blank all the referrer then also you at risk becoz how can all the leads coming directly to you site?? So you have to have some other sources developed that can get you some leads with referrer from WH sites.

If you not providingng what you have said after filling the offer/survey, you need to be a bit cautious. I always try to provide what i say becoz it gives me recurring traffic not just one time traffic!! :)

Spread out to different CPA network. Don't put all eggs into the same basket.
