You need to pay attention to whether your activities violate FB rules, resulting in a reduction in the credit limit.
 
I think this problem happened for your account. Use NoLimit Account and I think you will not facing this problem again.
 
The only reason I've ever had an account have their spending limit reduced and it violates Facebook's policy causes the campaign to be rejected.
 
Facebook has dropped your account limit, maybe your camp has been rejected or is abnormal, please continue to spend a lot and it will increase the limit again. I also had the same situation.

ive seen that happen when fb detects substantial differences when changing ads or topics
what did you do before getting the ad deactivated?
