You are right, this method is so simple yet so ineffective. A complete waste of time. Copy and paste till your fingers drop you will get nowhere with this method.

what is the general thoughts on opening a site, like fiverr or ebay , or the likes of.... and making money off it. i mean there are so many doing it , i h=can get my hands on 15k UVs a day , to any site from twitter , fb , and soc. net site, but i dont if its a good idea to copy.

Not to jack this thread but there is still room to make money in fiverr type of sites... you just need to think a little different and offer a different serving of the same plate.....
its not as saturated as people think....
walk around the streets... and ask people about fiverr.... most won't have a clue to what it is.... so definitely its not saturated.
