50,000 USA proxies

Hi,
We are looking for 50,000 USA proxies IP
mainly for our personal purpose(building internal weblinking for our websites)

1.Should be cheap and fast
2.Don't want private/premium proxies
3.Better if it is dynamic or real end users one (won't mind if some of them is shared)
4.Would like to rotate byweekly or monthly basis

LOL! So you want 50,000 IPs, dynamic, and you want to rotate them every 2 weeks-month? Do you have any idea what that would cost even if someone could get you that?

botnets aren't allowed here afaik ( even tho there are some quite obvious botnet services advertised in the sales section )
