You'll looking for a plugin to add user reviews or review article Schema to be more specific,
I personally use and prefer "Schema Pro" plugin, you can download the nulled version for free somewhere or use Deleted member 752298 to be 100% secure,
There are plenty of plugins for this, all depends on the type of page/article and what you wan to show in your web pages,
Google has been hiding all the spammy & probably fake reviews for this as well,
make sure to implement a safe approach as they might be gone for good after a while of adding them
