No, I normally would not bother with these so called freebies as they are more often than not newbies rep whoring and fishing for niches. Work never seems to get done. My advice is if you have a good solid niche, never give it away to these kind of people.

Anyone who gave him their info seriously risks their site/niche being copied or negSEO'd.
