-5 Penalty?

DId anyone notice a -5 penalty post panda 3.3? All my keywords are -5 from where they used to be. Has anyone been able to get around it?

I have seen more of +2 and +3's.

No trend although.

A while ago, I saw some chatter about a -6 penalty. Not sure about the -5 though. Was your site previously ranked at the spot you are ranking in now.

One thing I have noticed with the Google dance is that the dance is less and less severe as your site gains more trusts..as an example,

145 - 554 - First round of Google dance.
47 - 145 - Second round of Google dance
23- 47 - Third round of Google dance
11 - 23 - Fourth round of Google dance
6 - 11 - Fifth round of Google dance
6th - Possibly the position you are in now is caused by the current Google dance position for your site.

It's just some google dance. There are not such things like -5, -6, -11 and so on penalties.

I got my site goes down to anywhere, i shot it with high pr edu profile. it comes back.

Not a penalty, just a slight fluctuation.

Have never heard of a -5 penalty, but who knows with google...they probably have a penalty for what ever infraction we committed...

Usually penalties are more profound than that, but i could be wrong...i wouldn't worry too much if your site is only down five spots...its time to worry when you see a -50 penalty...that's when it hurts...
