paypal-activate.com is certainly NOT scam. If you looks at the domain WHOIS, you'll see it's operated by MarkMonitor - a company that provides brand protection to many very large businesses. No scammer can get accepted as their client. Besides, you're not asked to enter your PayPal password anywhere - just the email address.

You're right, it is not a scam and that claim is on him who made it, no need to get hostile mate.

According to all the deals sites, it's a $5 coupon that is applied to stores that accept PayPal. The deal sites say it is not money that you can withdraw into your bank account. It's still nice though.
