5 millions mails to clean and send

Hi guys,

I just bought a few database with more than 10 millions emails and I?m looking for a good emaildatabase cleaning service.
I saw many companies like emailanswers.com but none of them really send a mail and detect bounceat an affordable price.

Advice about it will be appreciated...I begin to think that maybe the quickest way is to do it by myself with a server+powermta+interspire and 512 IP but I really would like to find somedoby can provide this service for not kill 512 IP and setup and news emailing server.

5 millions is alot, it will not be that easy. its like shooting in the dark.
The best is to send Opt in mails, which you can use services like mailchimp.
