build a site for it real quick and then just scrape fashion news, translate them to french and voila! you've got a nifty fashion site with a brandable name (at least for the french market) ...

W130SN Yes I wanted to sell it because i am having this Domain since 2 years and zero in return. I started Blog on it therefore twitter account is established but that also didn't worked. Well I have an idea now as lmxftw said, so i think it will work.

with these kind of sites I'd move towards social media rather than blackhat SEO but there are people here who can help you with foreign SEO... contact some marketplace sellers and see what they have to offer.
I am saying I'd move to social media because there are a lot of female users who usually repost/share this kind of stuff so you could just buy some status updates from people who have a high follower base in the niche...
