Does anyone know why do I get the post link or permalink like this when I use TXasPost?

I checked it in the edit article section and I found out it looks like this: hxxp://www.example.com/<font><font>post-title<font><font>
How can I change this?

I have never run into such a problem. Check your articles and your way of saving them as UTF.
I also suggest you to take a look at zipposter if that issue goes on.

Of course you can add as many as you like. But let the blog be seen as an ordinary one by google. So go for 5-10 at most.

You could use this free wordpress plugin that automatically translates your page, and set desired language to your site using htaccess.

What is the minimum Local Monthly searches count (country) required?
Example : For US, the Local Monthly count is 8000, but for the country German count is 350.

No need to search for such criteria. Just find a niche/subject that people are interested and like to read. That will be enough.

My 2 cents:
I got many thanks from many friends because of this approach. Actually, it is one of the most detailed threads of BHW and leaves almost nothing to the reader except applying. No need to say that it does not guarantee any revenue but it shows lots of hints to utilize.
I tried to answer every question via skype. I saw two very good examples using this method. Funny thing was, lots of friends were asking useless questions out of the coverage of this subject. When I asked them back "Hey, did you spend $3-$5 to buy hosting and a domain?", the only answer I got was a simple "No".
I see this is the natural outcome. But it really makes me sad. Almost all of these friends are not aware of simple facts like hard working, trying, failing, trying again. They just read, ask and fantasize. Because that is the easiest way that they can work on.
Something for sure: They will always ask "Hey, how can I make $$? Please help!!!".
