5% Incompletion Upwork account profile help

Hello Freelancers,
I am new to Upwork platform and have been accepted to work on their platform . I worked on their platform as digital marketer but my profile is not complete. I was instructed to do a video of my services or visual sample of my work but I have no experience about how to create a video. Please I need assistance on how to go about these if I could even see a royal video so that I can use it to complete my profile verification.
