5 Income Streams vs. 1

why not make 5 sites that make 10k $ each?... ;) - i personally spread my sources... if you are dependent of google and have 1 site, it can happen that you lost your earnings over night (happend to me).

dont be lazy and make more sites now!

Why not start with a 10k method and make it stable first, then you can always add additional 2k methods at your own pace. If you fail at 10k method you can switch to 2k methods more aggressively. It will be a lot harder to start a 10k method once you already have 5 x 2k going since I assume 10k method requires more time to start and get going.

Good question but you also want to go with the lowest hanging fruit.

If your most promised method is for 2k a month go for it, however if it is 10k a month - go for it.

Depends on your personal situation but if you are starting from 0, go for the lowest hanging fruit and don't put it all in one basket

(thread should be moved to Money Making)

Did Warren Buffet make his billions with just one company? Did Bill Gates make it with just one product (DOS)?

Just look at how the really big guys made their money. Hands down it wasn't from one revenue stream.

Yeah you definitely want to spread it out. Whether it's equal time/income to each project/stream or weighted towards the most profitable or enjoyable - you are purchasing your own insurance policy by placing some of your efforts into additional revenue streams.

It is always possible to choose 4 automated incomes, and still be able to spend most of your time on the big one. You're a hunter, and the 4 incomes would be the deer you are hunting, but you still want to bag the elephant (the $10,000 income) :D

I agree with what the people above have said.

"Never put all your eggs in one basket" is golden IMO.

I believe it's always better to have more streams instead of having only one where if it fails, you are screwed.

In business, you never go all in with the investments, Its better that you invest into 3 different businesses cause you never know what will happen.
Its the same with the income stream, better to have them more then just one.

hmm...if it is 100% W.H. and scaleable i personally think you are best off putting all your efforts into 1 bizz and diversifying with investments into other things, stocks, real estate, start ups etc... Warren Buffet...he was an asset manager. That was his 1 Bizz. Bill Gates was software....the big ones focus on one huge bizz. You do not see them running 10+ bizz at the same time it wouldn't work. But I guess none of us have plans to run a billion dollar+ biz?

But if BH then you proably need 10+ as each one will get shut down eventually. But there is risks in all business types. Nothing lasts for-ever and it constantly changes. Just saying.

the difference is i think , is that one bizz will have multiple income streams... the key is always to be working ON your bizz not in it. Any J.O.B masked as a business isn't going to allow you to leverage it.

I guess there is no right or wrong go with what you like:
