$5 for simple graphics job - must be quick

I have a graphic that is to be printed on a pop up display stand.

I dont have photoshop or similar and need a quick job done.
Basically the graphics programme i use is for website graphics (macromedia fireworks) and will cannot make the image dpi high enough.

At the moment it is in.png format and is 80cm x200cm x110dpi

It needs to be changed to 80cm x 200cm x 160 dpi

I send you the current image and you send me the image at the new resolution in png and jpg format.

Needs to be done in the next hour.
Payment by paypal on receipt of new file.
