1) Be a SEA or SEO Superstar with client trackrecord.
2) Have C2 in German. Nope, C1 wont cut it. "Everyone" can do C1 after 2 years. Still you wont understand noone and noone will want to wait for your slow German.
3) Apply for SEA / SEO Jobs in Munich with 60k-70k+
4) Do your first Jobmeeting via Skype and your 2nd locally (they usually pay flights).
5) Get your contract in Germany and start working.

I was looking for some new adventures and it kind of shocked me that so many SEO SEA jobs are there. Seems like the "silicon valley" of Germany here! Cool!

Berlin, Vienna, allthough larger, got less vacations!

There is probably a similar trend in most countries for SEO professionals, I just met one the other week, and I was surprised to hear he didn't have any sites himself.
 
Guess what in Germany you pay half of your wage on taxes and Social insurances. So of a nice 60,000 per year which equals 5,000/m you only have 2,500/m and you pay 1000-1200 rent for a pretty normal flat in munich.

Germany is no dream Country man :(

99% o "seo agenies", neither havae sites themselfs nor have any "test sites".
they just do bullshit all day an charge 5k for that..

IMO everyone knows (at least everyone in Europe) that Germany is a country with so many jobs available.
Not only IM which is our topic but and every other job. It's a paradise for smaller European Countries,like mine,Greece.
I know many people who moved into Germany to find a better life.

I'm currently studying Mechanical Engineering and guess what? Every Erasmus thing,or every practice opportunity and job opportunity is from Germany. Everyone wants to go there when they'll finish the university.
 
60 k a year before tax is minimum wage to survive in munich :(.

That's the usual outsiders blurred vision.
It's true that metropolitan areas have a high density of jobs available. Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin Köln. However, those are on the flipsite the Master Degree jobs (or 3-5 years Experience).
Downside are enormous high costs of renting rooms :/ . And hard to find, too.

But rural areas, where I live till 20, until I could escape, are usually, a shitty place.

That's how you feel there, where I grew up. Although, one one of the most beautiful areas nature wise..
