What is the best friends, i need to rank for example 100 keywords in same website....

5-10 web2.0 for each keyword or 5-10 web2.0 for all target keywords?

If the first option is best, i'll create for example several: wordpress,blogger,weebly,tumblr for each target keyword for my website, i will repeat the list of my web2.0...... it is safe?

You will need more than just Web 2.0's to rank for 100 keywords!!
 
The first option is best.

If you have lots of links from the same web 2.0s it will leave a huge footprint.

Another question: If is low competition, can i try1 article per web2.0? Works for low competition? (I created 3-5 articles for my medium competition)
 
Depending on the kw's difficulty , i usually do 1-5 web 2.0s for EACH keyword. Just make them on the most popular sites like wordpress, blog.com etc i'm not bothered with not so popular ones anyway.

For your question above i think you could try to see how it goes, make sure your tier 2 links are strong as well, those pointing to the web 2.0
 
I think the first thing you should do is cut down the number of keywords, start with the ones with a combination of low competition but reasonable searches, and add others over time.

And I think you need a different approach to just web 2.0s.
