So many threads on this forum. My suggestion:
1. Find one method or journey thread that interests you. Bonus points if you can find a journey based off of a method because you will see how the individual on the journey twisted the method to work for them.
2. Become obsessed with the thread. Read it from the first to last page and don't skip anything because this is where you find answers to the common questions.
3. Take notes and google things you don't understand. Try not to ask questions on the thread that can easily be answered by a google search or that were already answered in the thread. Not only will it waste your time by waiting for an answer, it will show other users that you are not serious.
4. When you feel confident about the method and you have read everything, start to implement the strategies. You can also find more threads on the topic to fill in any blanks. When you hit a wall, ask your questions on the thread.
5. You can start your own journey thread. This has many benefits. It will make you hold yourself accountable. It will help others. It will help you as more experienced people read the thread and answer questions you have while on your journey.
6. When you fail (almost inevitable) go back into BHW and find others that failed but found a way out. Use this as inspiration but also as a tool to get answers.
