why dont you monetize it, and then you can find the value. set up a Fun and Funny images site and drive traffic to it. traffic + ads = money but try to build a real following for a long term site, dont just spam.

That is alot, direct it to a few different websites, or even sell links.
 
You didn't go into much detail sir. Is it a group on tumblr? If so it's not worth much tumblr sucks. Is it a group on a forum? Pinterest? What?
 
from what I have discovered groups are not as good as likes. I had one guy with 17,000,000 (so he said) and it didnt get one visit. I even tailored my site link to what he said his group was.
 
Is still any chance to convert groups to fan pages?
 
its never possible to convert groups to fanpages
