That is because they continuously offer services that do not work and have massive amounts of chargebacks against their stealth PayPal account.i would like to try but "Registration is currently disabled for new users"

Hi, bro. According to new policy of Youtube 4000 watching hours means how much hours your videos that you upload are watched. Your videos should be watched by viewers for 2,40,000 minutes (4,000 hours) and 1000 subscribers to enable monetization.

Lol, so true. But it's only around $100 right now for 4k hours. It's still very good!
I do remember when it was only $30 last year. I made a lot of money on that.

Just FYI - all they are doing is having their VAs manually place view orders and manually track that service. It's not some special automation thing.
There just happens to be a view provider that makes it easy to get 4k hours now. They are making money simply on you not knowing which of their 50 views services is actually working.
