Hello you could use Hetzner Cloud, there are several ISO's also Windows included. Also if you demand they add your own ISO in your list so you can install own windows 10 with your own licence.
 
omg it takes for ever to get that vps, i sent the mail confirming my personal details 30min after i ordered it. that was 08:00 ish and i still havent gotten the vps
 
I have 2 servers at time4vps and you get what you pay for. Overall, you will pay a lot less, but the infrastructure is as cheap as the servers. It's good for a startup if you need shitload of resources at a cheap price. Or for a small/medium business.
 
holy shit its been over 24 hours since i bought the vps and i still havent gotten it

Same here, I have one with old xeon and one with new ryzen offiering.
Good value for money specially the ryzen one.
