4G US Proxy for direct use on iOS

I need US 4g proxy that can be used directly on iOS to manually manage some instagram accounts, without any third part app.
I’ve tried IProyal but it doesn’t work, content on IG from China (yes, China) and can’t create new account using it. Any recommendations?

China blocked most proxy protocols .try use vpn or shadowsocks ,v2ray in China .
