4G PROXY?

Hey, I have around 50 prepaid sims, my question is when I am done with extracting the proxy, can I just throw the sim away?
Or it needs to be conected to some devices so it will keep sending signals?
The sims have no plans in them, are they vaild for proxy?

You need data or what people call bandwith depends on the country if i know for the proxy to work
If there are no plans, I'm not sure you would be able to browse the web

The sims are prepaid from big cellphone companys in my country, does it matter that it has no plans on them?
If I put data plans on them they because in effective cost wise.
