There are a few providers for 4G proxies (airsocks for example), when you say a normal price what exactly do you mean?
4G proxies on it's own are expensive for both parties for the provider and for the client.
The cheapest way is for you to buy a cheap LTE usb modem and run a sim on it.
How many accounts can you manage?
Just depends on your strategy, most people say 3-5. However, if you run rotations right you can manage upto 120 a day (1 hour each).
Also depends on the package you purchase whether it be per GB or fixed price.
You just have to remember that 4G proxies are different to static IP's. Instagram knows plenty of people are using these - normal people that just log on the APP etc.

A 4G proxy is just mobile internet and the IP is a dynamic IP.
What does this mean?
This means everyone on the same carrier that uses Instagram is one way or another using the same IP (within range) as you - legitimate users are using the same IP.
You can run 100’s of accounts on a 4G proxy. But your accounts need to be unique from each other. I’ll explain my concept of running 100’s of account in a second.
Depending on the Mobile network the IP range can be in the thousands or in the hundreds. Let’s say if the mobile network has a very large IP range 10000-30000 IPs for example the network 3 (U.K. mobile provider which has over 10 million customers and their own network)
An average of 800,000 users log in to Instagram in the UK daily into the APP.
3 own 28% of the market share in the U.K. So for this analysis let’s say that 28% of the Instagram users in the U.K. are also using 3.
So that means ~224,000 users are using the network 3 to run their Instagram daily.
Airsocks claim that 3 have about 13,000 IPs or more.
So that means approximately 17 people will be using the same IP as you daily to login in to their account.
So this is where it gets tricky.
These 17 people are using the Instagram App.
You are using a bot that is headless.
Instagram knows this. This is why people recommend 3-5 per mobile proxy providing that the IP doesn’t switch (see where I’m coming from?).
Now your accounts can be linked with IP rotations although I’m not sure if Instagram has gone as far as to implement this (although I wouldn’t doubt it).
But what’s worse they can link your accounts because of the fingerprints - headless browser. The real users are on their phone, you are on a browser - see that makes you stick out from the rest.
The way you could run these is having the accounts rotate automation per IP switch.
Or you can automate via the app (which as far as I can tell no one has done this except with OCR which extremely tedious and you run into bugs 247).
With rotations you are safer. But you have to make sure you run certain actions at different times, logins at different times etc.
I think this is all the information you need.
