4g proxy VS Dedicated IPs

I used to use SSL proxy(dedicated IPs) from sslprivateproxy,
but recently i wonder, what is so good about 4g proxy ?
i heard that only 200 activities allowed per day, (60,000 a month)
is that for just dedicated ips ?
how many actions can you do using 4g proxy ?

6000, not 60000. 4G proxies are better because Instagram sees you as a normal user, not the one who's always on the data center proxies.

oh i meant 6000 actions monthly, i wrote it wrong.
so i understood 4g is better than dedicated ips, but they have different limits ?
