4g proxy - USB Tephering connects automatically - Why?

Hey guys,

I hope some of you will know the reason, whenever I connect my mobile phone with USB Tephering it gives my phone IP's right away (Like it disconnect my wifi immediately), if I click my Wifi just to sign in again it will show "connected" But I still be getting my phone's IP.

Anyone know how I can have my mobile connected to the pc with USB Tephering but without getting my phones IP.
