Hello, can anyone help or give me leads to find out how to start my own 4g server?, my initial plan was to use many android devices as proxy servers, so that my bot would log into each and rotate proxy like that.

I tried servers ultimate on each phone, but couldnt figure out how to share 4g, it only worked with WIFI.

Some others on discord told me that 4g proxy was possible by using USB sticks on a desktop and then turn that pc into a server with 4g,

But i want to have many 4g devices active so that i can have several "ips" being phisically USB internet sticks (with different sim cards each)

Check this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.serversultimate
It turns your android device into a proxy server, so you will be able to connect to like to any normal proxy. I haven't used/tried it, but it should work.

I haven't been able to set up a proxy with password with that app, and i'm not sure of how many resource it need, to make sense it have to run on very cheap android phones

I doubt that something like that would work. Mobile providers normally don't assign public IP's to mobile devices these days but forward them to their own proxy server, where an IP is shared with hundreds of devices. It's very rare these days to get a public IP on a mobile device

Isn't that exactly why mobile proxy are safer? Banning an ip from from (ie) instagram, would lock out lots of people

Yes, this is exactly why mobile proxies are the preferred type of proxies for social networks, free ESPs, dating sites, or any website in general that deploys a tough bot detection algorithm in which one would want to automate tasks across multiple accounts and successfully evade detection of such actions while doing so.

There are likely other, more simple reasons (or maybe some additional major reasons) behind someone choosing to pay more for mobile proxies, but the reason you stated would have to be the main motivator for most people, in my opinion.

From what I could understand the telephone companies (ISPs) close all the doors so that the phones cannot be reached from the outside. Searching for NAT on the net you can find more in-depth explanations.
