most sellers on BHW will give you a trial for 2 hours or 24 hours
step 1. get a trial
step 2. run accs no issue
step 3. go with the best priced working proxy
keep in mind just proxies isnt all you need for succesful ig campaigns
good accounts (if bought) / create good accs
pva (sims or online solution)

Any 4G proxy (residential) provider will offer proxies from almost every country in Europe, including northern ones.
