4G proxy question

I have created multiple 4g proxy's they work fine but issue is when trying to disconnect and connect the dongle back for new ip the button stays disconnected i can't press connect anymore?
It says connection failed has anyone has this issue before and how to fix?

the rotation works but this happends once in a while.. and keeps saying connection failed .. who has 4g proxy's and knows the solution

i personally though the connection is to low since it hasonly 2 signalbars can't get a higher one.
