4g proxy in my opinion a waste of money.

4G Mobile proxies are not useless in general
But if you are talking specifically about TikTok, you are right, it's not enough in most cases
 
True .they will appear as normal Ips or proxys for tiktok . they are 4g for sellers. for tiktok no more since sim card missing or needed.. example japan sim
 
A 4G proxy needs a real SIM to give a true mobile IP. Without that, you won’t look like a real 4G user, so it’s a waste of money.
 
Just try SIM farm proxy service that hosts real SIM cards in remote devices. You simply connect through their network and get genuine 4G IPs.
 
I see your point bro, but in my experience, 4g proxies still got value for some stuff, true without real sim in the phone, tiktok and some apps can catch you, especially now, they check sim status and other device signals, but still hard.
But if you just need to rotate mobile IPs for scraping, social, ads, or some websites that only care about mobile network, 4g proxy works fine, not perfect for everything, but still useful.
If your use case is tiktok or anything that checks deep device info, yeah, better to use real phone with active sim. so you right for that, but for many other things, 4g proxy not a waste of money, just depends what you want to do.

You're hitting on the exact weak spot of 4G proxies. If the app detects no physical SIM (like TikTok does), the whole "mobile IP" advantage disappears, It's basically an expensive regular proxy at that point.
 
It is useful to use 4G not because "it is a mobile proxy, so it is safe". But because a mobile proxy has advantages 1) IP rotation. 2) such an IP has the status of a resident of the provider ('home' ISP).
 
So what kind of proxy do you think is suitable for tiktok?
We are planning to expand our activities to the social networking platform tiktok but don't know where to start? We are happy to receive feedback from those who have experience.
 
4G proxies can work really well, but only if the rest of your setup is solid.
 
It's just a tool. Don't blame the tool, check if you are using it the right way.
