4G Proxy creation with just Mobile? (ISP blocking outgoing ports)

As we know, Mobile ISP's block outgoing ports so you can't use Mobile proxy creation apps to connect via an external network.

And connecting via an internal network direct to my PC is not possible as I need multiple proxies on software (Jarvee)

I got rugpulled by Proxyknow script @BetterKnow a couple of years ago and had to sell all my dongles because they didnt support it anymore

Fair enough but I didn't get a replacement .. so now I have the knowledge, and also a bunch of mobile phones and I need a solution

I tried to use a feature in Developer settings on Android phone called "Force phone to use 4G" even when connected to my Broadband router, but when checking the IP it still gave me router IP ... NOT the 4G IP i was hoping for

So now i'm stuck and I would be paying £45 instead of £15 per proxy if I just bought SIM cards and used the data. This is too high a price for me to bother.

Hello, the issue is more than just a program. There would be additional hardware required to circumvent Mobile ISP's blocking ports, which is my question.

Yes, i know the trick to do this and I've tried it previously via 3rd party shell commands but i can make a program for you to do it simply

What exactly is blocked?
Outgoing? Ingoing? Port numbers? Pls be more specific.
