Threads mean connections to the proxy.

That depends on the IPs. Ideally, you'd want a different IP per account so IG doesn't figure you out. Threads just mean the number of simultaneous connections to a proxy.

No, because all those 100 threads will connect to the same IP. You can have unlimited threads numbers on the same IP, this is how the 4g proxies work!

So i can have 100 accounts connected to IP but only 5-10 actually being used

for example 5-10 accounts used to scrap
