Surely there would be some people interested, but you should do some market research before building this out. It's not as easy as you may think (if you're new to this)

Cheapest way to do it would be to use dirt cheap phones with dirt cheap contracts or even pre-paid and run a proxy app on them.
I think it's going to be hard to get many clients if you only sell from one country and that country is not one of the most sought after(us, uk, ca, de)

There is already one proxy service from your country, you can easily find it using BHW search.
