You can use 4G proxy as I see when you leave 120 seconds to change the account is vulnerable to suspected intrusion easy to be scanned the best way you should leave 1 proxy-1 account will be best

If you manage multiple accounts, I think you should use a support software so you can manage and control it more easily. If your proxy is a book, managing multiple accounts is no problem if your campaign does not violate Facebook's policies.

You can use anti detect browsers so you can handle 20 profiles and then I recommend doing activity on the profiles slowly to avoid unusual activity.

If you want absolute assurance, it's best to use 1 account with 1 fixed proxy and use managers like AdsPower for better management. Otherwise, you can log in to about 5 accounts with 1 proxy, which I think is fine

It will help to use 4g mobile proxy but don't rotate every 120 secounds while using same account ..... only rotate when you want to use other account and make sure you not leave footprints
