Okay so I’m in UK when I connect data to my nearest location I get IP 247.000.000

When I hit flight mode

I get something like 247.000.333

Very similar iP in same location is there anyway to maniuplate to get more random locations numbers for account creation.

Tried GPS spoofer didn’t work still connect to nearest cell tower.

You cannot control the cell tower selection, nor the IP range. If your proxy provider don't offer multiple cities, you have to look for more proxy providers.

Why does this matter to you? You're getting a new IP and whatever website you're using isn't going to link accounts because it's on the same IP range

Instagram seemed to link it for account creation. After I changed new port from another providers problems stopped. First few accounts created were high quality. Then started banning instantly.
