48 Domain Rating on Ahrefs but ZERO Backlinks

Hi Guys I'm now discussing with a seller about Aged domain names price on of those DNames have 48 DR Score at Ahrefs & Semrush shows 38 Authority Score and 2.6K, Backlinks.
What do you think?

maybe it's a ahrefs bug, you can check it somewhere else like majestic.com

Yes I checked Semrush and shows 38 Domain Rating

No Ahref going crazy those days I pay only to Semrush
