Summery Of My Story : My blog was so famous around 4500 posts suddenly blogger delete my blog but the backup of my blog was with me
after this i uploaded this but after 2 weeks no more post indexed ?? (220) only
Notice : Articles of my blog by my pen not copy and paste
Do you have any idea to back to me my blog !!!

I would suggest not using blogger. Don't be cheap. $40 could have saved this whole mess. Domains and Hosting.
 
indexing is done through a network of links. If you lost the last blog, you also lost all of your backlinks. I would check to see if you can redirect any of those toward the next blog, and add some more.
