I have only 45 dollars to my name and I'm looking for private proxies. The thing is I need at least 300 and of course
$45 won't pay for it.
So how should I go about finding 300 private proxies within my budget.

You already answered your question.

Scale down until you can afford it. It's about $1-3 per private proxy/month

or, you can trade a service/product to someone who is willing to allow you to use their private proxies. Think business.

You need that proxies for what? And what software you use? Or maybe manual job?

Depends on what your doing. You can find shared proxies but no way to find 300 private proxies at that price....if you do let me know. Maybe there is a better alternative to what you are trying to accomplish....

300 legit private proxies for $45? = not possible

1.Either learn how to manually change your MAC address and restart you modem for new ip(
although, I suspect you're looking to use these proxies with a bot/T$mblr...), or
2.just work your way up to your goal.

The answer is simple just wait till you reach the desired budget. As per my knowledge private proxies could cost you around 1 to 4 $ per proxy. If you need them real quick then consider offering some service or product to a proxy company in exchange for their proxies. You can also look for free proxies
