What could be done with $45K?? (Team of 2)

I was thinking buying wholesale repossessed cars to sell them later after fixing them up.
Buying cheap merchandise and reselling it. Etc.



Does anyone know what is something I can take action on tomorrow?

I have been a member for a while so I have read the forum and stuff but I just wanted to get some ideas that some people might have.

You might want to check out the fastlane forum or join tropical mba's dynamite circle...some ballers in both places, and i think those would be good resources if you're looking for ideas outside the IM arena.
 
Buy and selling of cars is good if you know what you are doing. Profit margin is like $500-$5000 per sale. Though sometimes money sleeps if you are not selling anything..

I once earned $3,700 in 1 week..Bought a SUV from a rush seller and someone bought it from me the same week I posted the car online.

This.

Buy cars on classified sites.. have cash in hand.. try to talk them down $500 or so. Then sell for more.

Sometimes you can find people needing money asap so they list their cars for cheap. I've bought a couple locally here off CL and turned around and flipped em for $500 to $1,000 profit.

I think you can only register 10 cars a year in your name tho.. so try to see if you can buy it from them without signing the back of the title.

Another option is a hot dog stand. It sounds silly but can earn some good money doing it.

Limo service is good too.

That is perhaps good idea, hiring hot chicks, so the customers would love to stay in touch with them. My idea would be, get an used car, modify it and then sell it for higher rate, in this way there are many people who are in need of some hot cars, they would love to buy it at high price.
 
What I did with 15k in the past was bring cars from England into my country (6 at a time), part them in my backyard, and put the parts up on classified websites. All I did was go through classified websites and check for expensive parts for a certain car. Then I looked for that car in England for a very cheap price. Maybe this is something you could try doing inside of the US?
 
as your in the US you could look at judgment recovery where you buy some ones right they have gained from a court to recover a debt via wage arrestments asset seizures etc.
 
find products that are made locally in US and are expensive, Import its Chinese copy at 1/3 of its price and make profit

i would do the same, even in other countries when they seize cars or some things its going on auction.. and if you lucky to get some connection you can get things very cheap.
 
Order app for fastfood chains.

The app should allow customers to place orders and pay using paypal and choose to pick up or get delivered.

Charge $100/month .... get 500 clients... $50k a month.
 
Make an app that integrates surveillance cameras with mobile internet. So that the owner can open the mobile phone and go through various cameras even while he is away from CCTV room.

There are literally hundreds of companies out there already doing this most CCTV DVRs come with mobile viewers and been able to do it for a fair few years now
